Denver

I (Shannon) arrived in Colorado this morning. With even the slight difference in time change, I am already feeling the effects of jet lag. Sean and I stayed up late last night packing and then watched the final episode of the 3rd season of 24. Best one yet, by the way.

Denver is flat and not quite as lush as I had anticipated, but you can see clearly from the view of our 30th floor room the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Beautiful. My hotel is one of the coolest I've been in too - modern retro furnishings, an incredibly squishy bed with heaps of good pillows, and a flat-screen TV in the room. I think I'll struggle through...
