All is well - I found the shopping...

My first full day in Denver proved to be a successful one. Just one block from our hotel is the 16th Street Mall - a 16 block district full of dining and shopping. We tried a wonderful restaurant for lunch, Rialto Cafe, that we are going to have to go back to at least one more time. I had great roasted chicken with smashed potatoes and a peach tea with a big hunk of sugar cane. We also just enjoyed walking down the sidewalk filled with local musicians, street vendors, horse and buggy rides, and much more local color.
