Chicago, the talk of the town

I'm sitting in the Chicago airport waiting out a 3 hour layover, on my way back to Dulles and on to Warrenton. It was a wonderful trip visiting my family in Alabama and Georgia, and I really hated to leave. However, I also am missing my husband something fierce, so I have very conflicting feelings in my heart, both of sadness and anticipation. I look forward to seeing them again in a few weeks for Christmas vacation, and this time I will get to bring Sean with me, thankfully. Even before then, we're planning our Thanksgiving trip to Emporia to spend that holiday with the Mitchells, which we're both looking forward to as well. Until then, I'm going to get briefly back into my little routine in Warrenton, enjoying the 2 months we have left there.
