On Monday, the president of the company and I went down to Charlotte to meet with the leaders of the church project I will be directing. They were a great group of people, and both they and I are anticipating our partnership over the next several months.
One of the leaders has arranged a few housing opportunities for Shannon and me. We are planning to head down sometime next week for walk-throughs and hopefully to make a decision. They have also planned a party for us on our first night in town, so we're glad that will be a way for us to begin getting to know some church members.
