Weekend news

Well, we had a very eventful weekend. Sean's cousin, Lindsay, was driving through from Clemson, and she decided to spend a night with us. It's always nice having her around - a very sweet girl that's extremely easy to be around. We felt kind of bad, though, because it ended up being a very hectic weekend to be in this house. We had a great couple give us some furniture that was a little less than brand new, so we called to have someone come and steam it clean for us, and while that went well, it hampered our schedule a bit since we had to wait around for them on Saturday to get here. Oh well. We now have some real furniture in our living room - though we're still hoping for a nice big couch to put in there too.

We also had another couple who has continually gone above and beyond the call of duty and brought by a bunch of nice iron outdoor furniture and lounge chairs for our front porch and big back deck. They also brought some more stuff yesterday including an area rug, tv, futon, and a great old rustic buffet table of sorts that they said we could actually keep when we're done here. We have no idea if/how we're going to have room for it when we're leaving, but we like it all the same!

Now that the house is in some kind of order, we really will post pictures soon to give you a glimpse into our lives.
