Big change

Last year I told my niece, Allie, that if she'd cut her LONG hair and donate it to locks of love, I'd do the same. I didn't know that little spitfire would actually do it mere days later! So, for a year I've been feeling guilty for not keeping up my end of the bargain. Today, though, I made good on my deal, and now I'm the proud owner of a 12 inch donation. Here I am minutes before:

My hair hasn't been this short since about 8th grade, so while it is going to take some getting used to, I'm really enjoying the change!
