Due to Holy Week, the project I am working on with a Catholic Church has halted for four days. Shannon came up on Wednesday evening so that we could spend four days exploring Charlottesville. Yesterday, we hiked 6.5 miles in the Shenandoah National Park. We saw mountains, falls, a few squirrels, but not bears or deer. We stopped and ate at Cracker Barrel on the way back to the Hotel.
As I write, we are still in the hotel room as rain drops splatter the window and saturate the beautiful landscape. We will be going out soon, so hopefully nature will ease up a little.
